Have you ever had the moment where you feel like you ABSOLUTELY feel like you dont want to do ANYTHING... I just lost my motivation to do something that I needed to do or want to do... It all happened over the pass week till Monday where I finally pull myself together slowly to get things done... still I just dont feel like I have accomplished something. Is it something that I need to do? Tell me what I should do? (sigh..)

EVERYONE needs some down time--take the opportunity and enjoy!. A down day is great--when it turns into weeks and months--then it's a problem!
